A lot goes into planning the trip of your dreams, and we want to help you feel confident and excited about your choices. Here's some information that might be helpful as you prepare to book your stay. Of course, we're happy to answer all your questions.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
While we love your furry friends, unfortunately, they are not permitted on our properties. We can however recommend some excellent and affordable pet minding services should you be travelling with your purring pals.
ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
The final price you see is what you pay. This includes insurance, living essentials such a basic toiletries and yes cleaning by our COVID-certified cleaners. (Because who has time to mop on vacation!). We also charge a flat fee to stay on our property. So whether you are one guest or four, you won't pay for additional guests. And, unlike other platforms, you are dealing directly with the home owner, so we do not charge additional admin or booking fees.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Generally speaking, given the popularity of our properties, bookings are final.
